Unfortunately, we do not offer an installment option. As of the contract date, 50% of the contract amount is to be paid in cash, and the remaining 50% will be collected before delivery, prior to the product leaving the factory.
Our residences can be reassembled in a different location at any time, provided that the disassembly and reassembly fee is paid.
It should not be forgotten that prefabricated houses emerged as earthquake houses. Since it is much lighter than a reinforced concrete building and the disassembled parts are combined with steel screws, it flexes in the event of an earthquake but does not collapse.

The main material used in our prefabricated building is Betopan. The manufacturer is Ankara TEPE group and gives a 50-year warranty for the material against external natural conditions. The building's carrier system and all metal parts in contact with the external nature are galvanized to delay corrosion. The average lifespan of a prefabricated building is between 30-40 years.
The outer wall thickness we use in prefabricated houses is 10 cm. The 16-density styrofoam between the wall panels and the rock wool used for roof insulation provide much more heat and sound insulation than a normal reinforced concrete building.
The license is at the initiative of the Municipality within the region where the building will be established. To obtain a license, the Architectural plan, Electrical plan, Mechanical Plan, and ground survey are the responsibility of the customer. License and all other legal permissions are the responsibility of our customers.
We can serve every region of Turkey. For purchases outside Istanbul, the buyer covers the accommodation and meal expenses of the installation team. (The rough assembly team is 5 people, paint assembly team is 2 people)
Ground concrete and all kinds of excavation and landscaping works, floor and wall coverings (screed, ceramics, carpet, tiles, etc.), external connections outside the prefabricated building (electricity, sewage, clean water), permits and licenses to be obtained from the municipality. Works, heating and cooling installations (heating, air conditioning, etc.), accommodation and meal costs of the installation team in installations outside Istanbul, transportation and transportation insurance of the material belong to our customer.

Yes, it can be installed. Only disassembly tool costs and repainting costs are incurred. Renovation of buildings is possible if desired.
Transportation of prefabricated buildings; It is carried out by trucks, trailers, ships, trains, or cargo planes. An average 7m wooden muscle truck takes 90 m2 of prefabricated building materials. The average total weight varies between 7-9 tons.
