The ability to return a product generally depends on the following conditions:
You can return the products you purchased without destroying them, without using them, and without impairing the resalability of the product, within seven (7) days from the delivery date, stating the reason.
Used, unpackaged, destroyed, etc. Products in the form cannot be returned.
The return of the product with the original packaging, should be done with the original packaging.
In cases where it is not possible to issue a return invoice or a return invoice for the product to be returned, the invoice and delivery note for the product must be returned together with the original. In cases where the originals of the return invoice or invoice and delivery note cannot be provided, the resulting VAT etc. Financial liabilities are deducted from the amount to be refunded.
There is no writing on the product or its packaging, opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use, etc. In cases where situations are detected and the product cannot be returned in the same condition it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be returned and the price will not be refunded.
The products to be returned must be delivered to us by the cargo companies that sent your order to you. (Aras Kargo / Yurtiçi Kargo) If we receive damaged and defective products within the first 7 days after the delivery date, the transportation costs will be covered by us. Otherwise, transportation costs belong to our customer.
