CUSTOMER INFORMATION TEXT UNDER THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW No. 6698

1. IDENTITY OF THE DATA CONTROLLER

Data Controller; “VİLLA YAPI ENGINEERING SAN.VE TİC.LTD.ŞTİ.” (for short, “VİLLA YAPI”), and with this information text, it fulfills its obligation to inform “Customers” in accordance with Article 10 of Law No. 6698.

2. Definitions

Customer Transaction: Refers to invoice, order information, bank account information, request, complaint, suggestion and similar information.

Legal Procedure: Information in correspondence with judicial authorities, information in the case file and similar information,

Policy: Personal Data Processing, Protection, Storage and Destruction Policy.

Data controller: It refers to the person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and is responsible for establishing and managing the data recording system.

3. WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?

Personal data required by the business, such as your identity information, contact information (phone, address, e-mail), physical location security, visual and audio records, customer and legal transaction data, are processed for our real person customers who engage in commercial activities with our workplace.

4. METHOD AND LEGAL REASON FOR DATA COLLECTION

Your personal data will be deleted or destroyed ex officio or upon your request, if the purposes of this processing are completely eliminated. In any case, the processing time of personal data will not be less than the maximum periods stipulated in the relevant legislation.

6. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data cannot be transferred without the explicit consent of the relevant person. Without prejudice to the provisions of other laws regarding the transfer of personal data, personal data may be transferred domestically and/or abroad by “VİLLA YAPI” in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law and within the framework of the principles specified in Section 6 of the Policy. The person groups to which personal data can be transferred and the purposes of data transfer are stated below; In order to carry out our commercial activities and fulfill our legal obligations, your personal data may be shared with authorized public institutions and organizations, professional consultants from whom we receive services, CPA/SMMM, auditors, authorized lawyers, companies providing information technologies and archive services, banks, shareholders for the purpose of carrying out our internal relations, etc.

7. WHAT ARE THE RIGHTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA OWNER / RELATED PERSON?

The rights of the relevant person are regulated in Article 11 of the Law. Accordingly, regarding the personal data processed within the scope of “VİLLA YAPI” activities, the relevant person can contact the data controller and;

a) Learning whether personal data is processed or not,

b) Requesting information if personal data has been processed,

c) Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,

ç) Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,

d) Requesting correction of personal data if they are incomplete or incorrectly processed,

e) Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,

f) To request that the transactions carried out in accordance with paragraphs (d) and (e) be notified to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,

g) Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,

g) Has the right to demand compensation for the damage in case of damage due to illegal processing of personal data. For matters related to the processing of your personal data , you can apply by filling out the " Personal Data Request Form " on the Company's website and "proving your identity" using the methods specified in the form that are suitable for you. If you exercise your above-mentioned rights and apply for the above-mentioned issues, your request will be concluded within thirty days at the latest, depending on its content.
